CDK5 and colonic neoplasm: Specifically, the rate of DLD-1 cells inoculated with F. nucleatum was significantly higher than DLD-1 cells without F. nucleatum, and Cdk5-knockdown DLD-1 cells with or without F. nucleatum. In Cdk5-knockdown DLD-1 cells, cell migration was significantly slower in the F. nucleatum group than in the control group (P < 0.01), suggesting that Cdk5 depletion reduced the migration ability of the colon cancer cells.
