The adjusted mean difference in functional well-being, PCa specific and FACT-P Trial Outcome Index (TOI) were 1.9 (0.3, 3.5), P = 0.02, 2.3 (1.0, 3.7), P < 0.01 and 5.0 (1.9, 9.1), P < 0.01 at 3 months, respectively, and 1.9 (0.01, 3.8), P = 0.04, 3.1 (1.3, 5.0), P < 0.01 and 5.0 (1.8, 8.3), P < 0.01 at 6 months, respectively, in favour of the RET group. This evidence concerns the gene RET and posterior cortical atrophy.
