Our data revealed that the knockdown of EBLN3P markedly suppressed the proliferation, invasion and migration of osteosarcoma 143B and U2OS cells, which were enhanced by EBLN3P overexpression, as evidenced by CCK-8, Transwell and wound healing assays, respectively (Fig. 4A–D). The gene discussed is EBLN3P; the disease is osteosarcoma.
