We have previously developed the 64Cu-1,4,7-triazacyclononane-1,4,7-triacetic acid (NOTA)-Trastuzumab, targeting HER2-expressing tumors and conducted both in vitro and in vivo experiments, showing that 64Cu-NOTA-Trastuzumab can be used as a PET-diagnostic application for HER2-positive breast cancer [2]. The gene discussed is ERBB2; the disease is breast cancer.
