Alectinib (a second-generation anaplastic lymphoma kinase [ALK]-targeted drug) and rociletinib (a third-generation epidermal growth factor receptor [EGFR]-targeted drug), which were used in the treatment of non-small-cell lung cancer with fewer side effects, may be used in animal experiments and clinical trials to further verify the treatment efficacy for COVID-19. This evidence concerns the gene ALK and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
