Jurkat (human T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia) and Hut-78 (human cutaneous T-cell lymphoma) cells transfected with the construct expressing BCOR K607E showed an approximately 20% higher proliferation rate than cells expressing wild-type BCOR, either with or without co-stimulation with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 (Fig. 2b and Figure S2A, Additional file 3). The gene discussed is BCOR; the disease is primary cutaneous T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
