Our analyses revealed that CD56+ cells obtained from GSK- and UNC-conditioned cultures expressed lower percentages of CD107a+ cells upon incubation with the NK-susceptible human melanoma cell line MFO1, as compared to CTR (percentage range CD56+CD107a+ cells: CTR = 8–21; GSK126 = 1.6–13; UNC1999 = 1–13.1) (Figure 4A,B).
