CALCRL and acute myeloid leukemia: Using four independently published cohorts of AML patients (TCGA AML cohort; GSE12417; GSE14468; BeatAML cohort), we observed that patients with high CALCRL expression had a shorter overall survival (Fig. 1b and Fig. S1a) and are more refractory to chemotherapy (Fig. S1b) compared to patients with low CALCRL expression.
