To explore the role of miR-6852-3p in the NK resistance of HCC cells, we respectively transfected SMMC-7721 and QGY-7703 with miR-6852-3p mimic (Fig. 4A, B) or inhibitor (Fig. 4C, D), and examined their susceptibility to NK cells through the calcein release assay (Fig. 4E–G), perforin polarization assay (Fig. 4I–L), and conjugation assay (Fig. 4M–P). The gene discussed is PRF1; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
