Since we found that IL20RA promotes the stemness of breast cancer cells via the JAK1-STAT3-SOX2 signaling pathway and regulates the expression of PD-L1 to modulate the immune microenvironment, we next asked whether combination of an anti-PD-L1 antibody and IL20RA-targeted delivery of a STAT3 inhibitor could increase the efficacy of traditional chemotherapy. This evidence concerns the gene IL20RA and breast carcinoma.
