As shown in Figures 2(a) and 2(b), several T cell subpopulations were detected by FCM with membrane cell markers (CD3, CD4, CD8, CD25, CD45, CCR4, CCR6, CCR10, and CXCR3) and the nuclear marker Foxp3. As shown in Figure 2(c), the proportion of CD8+ CTLs (CD3+CD45+CD8+) in the combinatorial group was increased compared with that in untreated tumor-bearing mice (∗P < 0.05 vs. T), and the proportion of CD4+ T cells (CD3+CD45+CD4+) was increased by both moxibustion and combinatorial therapy compared to cisplatin alone (#P < 0.05 vs. TC).
