As shown in Figure 2, cholangiocarcinoma patients with high MRPL27 in tumor tissues had significantly worse OS and DFS compared to those with low MRPL27 levels (HR = 4.6, p = 0.004 and HR = 6.1, p < 0.001, respectively, Figure 2A and 2B). Here, MRPL27 is linked to cholangiocarcinoma.
