TNFRSF8 (the Ki-1 antigen that gives KIS-1 its name; also known as CD30) is a target for cancer therapeutics and is a marker for Hodgkin’s lymphoma, anaplastic large-cell lymphoma, and germ cell tumours19, all of which are cancer cells that do not generally express significant levels of PAX5. Here, PAX5 is linked to anaplastic large cell lymphoma.
