Some genes such as MSH6, SRGAP1, MYO6, MYO16, KTN1 and other molecules presented in Table 4, are intercepted by lead SNPs and thought to be involved in different biological functions and conditions, such as some types of cancer [69, 70], hearing loss [71] and schizophrenia [72].
