To attain a better mechanistic insight regarding the potential role of ITLN1 in lung cancer, we examined its association with transcription factors using NetworkAnalyst (https://www.networkanalyst.ca/) and found 10 important associations; FOXC1, EN1, NFIC, ELK4, GATA2, HNIF4A, JUND, FOXA1, YY1, and HINFP (Figure 4I). This evidence concerns the gene HINFP and lung carcinoma.
