IL10 and major depressive disorder: High baseline depression severity (MADRS scores) predicted an increase of GR sensitivity (assessed via a stronger decrease of logIC IL-6) during the follow-up period which agrees with the observations that a stronger decrease in MADRS score (improvement of depression severity) during the follow-up correlated with a stronger increase in GR sensitivity (assessed via a stronger reduction of logEC IL-10) during the follow-up and that a stronger decrease in MADRS score was predicted by lower baseline GR sensitivity (assessed via higher logEC IL-10).
