Compared to the mice without NK cell transfer, the mice receiving syngeneic NK cell (CD3− NKp46+) adoptive transfer 3 days before T-ALL transplantation showed significantly slower cancer growth (0.72 vs. 0.84 day−1, p < 0.04 using an unpaired t-test, Fig. 5b,c,g).
