Next, four WBC subtypes from breast cancer patients were identified using specific antibodies, including (1) anti-CD15+ for polymorphonuclear cells (Fig. 3A), (2) anti-CD3+ for T lymphocytes (Fig. 3B), (3) anti-CD19+ for B lymphocytes (Fig. 3C), and (4) anti-CD14+ for monocytes (Fig. 3D).
