In this study, the prognostic model was constructed based on the signature of 12 prognosis-associated genes, including 12 DEGs, ADORA3, CPA3, CPM, EDN3, FCRL2, MFNG, NAT1, PCSK5, PPARGC1A, PRRX2, TNFRSF17, and WDR78. Specifically, the adenosine receptor A3 (ADORA3) protein encoded by the ADORA3 gene is a G-protein-coupled receptor that functions in inflammatory and immunological responses as well as cancer growth through influencing the nucleotide metabolic process [47–49]. The gene discussed is NAT1; the disease is cancer.
