The q‐PCR analysis showed that miR‐103‐3p levels in osteoporosis patients (T ≤ −2.5) were higher than in control patients (T > −2.5) (Figure 1b) and that the levels of ALP, BGLAP, and COL1α1 in osteoporosis patients (T ≤ −2.5) were lower than in control patients (T > −2.5) (Figure 1c). The gene discussed is BGLAP; the disease is osteoporosis.
