CD8A and tuberous sclerosis: We observed that CD8 T cells were negatively associated with pack-years and CSI score; naive CD4 T cells were positively associated with smoking intensity, smoking duration, pack-years, and CSI score; resting NK cells were negatively associated with smoking intensity, smoking duration, pack-years, and CSI score but positively associated with TSC; resting mast cells were negatively associated with smoking duration; and neutrophils were negatively associated with TSC (Supplementary Table S3).
