To determine whether EZH2 and G9a could be potential therapeutic targets in MM, we first treated 6 MM cell lines with the EZH2 inhibitor GSK126 (1 μM), the G9a inhibitor UNC0638 (1 μM), or GSK126 + UNC0638 (1 μM each) for 3 or 6 days (1 μM) (Fig. 1A).
