GPT and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease: In the high-fat diet-induced non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) C57BL/6J mice model, plasma lipid, glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT) and glutamate–pyruvate transaminase (GPT) levels decreased after the treatment at a dose of 578 mg/kg/day for 12 weeks.
