Candidate pathways were constructed starting from the estrogen receptor ESR1 gene and targeting breast cancer-associated transcription factors, such as JUN, FOS, STAT1, STAT3, STAT5A, ELK1, and ETS1 (Target transcription factors were pre-identified by GibbsOS19; see Supplementary Tables S1 and S2). This evidence concerns the gene ESR1 and breast carcinoma.
