Furthermore, we compared highly expressed genes (log2 fold change > 0.5 and FDR < 0.05) in mTORC1 high AML patients (2800 genes) (human mTOR-GS) with those in mouse mTOR-GS (158 genes) and found that 44 genes overlapped (overlapping p-value = 0.022). Here, MTOR is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
