Arachidonoylcyclopropylamide (ACPA) is a synthetic CB1 agonist28,29 stimulating free oxygen radical-dependent autophagy by 5’-adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMPK) activation in Panc1 pancreatic cancer cells30 and has antiproliferative effect on Panc1 cells31–33 while its impact on lung cancers remains unknown. Here, CNR1 is linked to pancreatic neoplasm.
