The result reveals that the mRNA level of PBK is positively correlated with CD276 in several common cancers (Fig. S3), including adrenocortical carcinoma, brain lower-grade glioma, kidney renal clear-cell carcinoma, kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma, liver hepatocellular carcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, prostate adenocarcinoma, and thyroid carcinoma, indicating that this is a general mechanistic upregulation of CD276 by PBK in cancers. This evidence concerns the gene PBK and cancer.
