Initially, they inherited nine DSV genes—CAB39L, GPR45, LOC1001291138, ACTR3BP5, ANP32AP1, ZBTB45, SALRNA1, XPO1, and HHIPL2—and developed cancer after acquiring five DSV genes—MGAT4A, HSPA4L, ZSCAN5A, LOC100505841, and NALCN. We focused on eight signaling pathways associated with the aforementioned DSV genes [30]. The gene discussed is MGAT4A; the disease is cancer.
