In ATC, the most significantly upregulated genes were BRACA2, CD44, CDC42, and RAC1. The top four upregulated and downregulated DEGs are shown in Figure 2C. Taken together, we concluded that study of the ATC could be of great value to therapeutic trials in the management of patients with stemness and metastatic cancer, including drug-resistant properties. This evidence concerns the gene RAC1 and metastatic malignant neoplasm.
