Although CD47 is widely expressed on the surface of a broad range of cell types, high levels of CD47 have also been observed in haematological cancers such as acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), ALL, CLL, multiple myeloma (MM), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), DLBCL, MCL, and MZL [174,177,178,179,180,181,182]. This evidence concerns the gene CD47 and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
