YTHDF2 alters the stability of mRNAs and ncRNAs containing m6A [119] and has a role in the oncogenesis of acute myeloid leukemia (AML), where its’ overexpression prevents the apoptosis of leukemic stem cells by down-regulating the tumor necrosis factor receptor 2 (TNFR2) [120]. Here, YTHDF2 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
