JNK pathway inhibitor SP600125 was applied to block the phosphorylation of JNK, and SP600125 (20 μM) was found to be effective in remarkably suppressing the proliferation and invasion of RA-FLS incubated with TNF-α and nrf2 siRNA (Figures 6(c)–6(e)).
