In conclusion, our study demonstrated that SNGH12 was upregulated in PCa tissues and cells, and knockdown of SNGH12 inhibited the proliferation and invasion of PCa cells and suppressed the PCa growth which provided new evidence that SNHG12 could be a valuable biomarker for PCa diagnosis and prognosis and a potential target for PCa gene therapy. This evidence concerns the gene SNHG12 and posterior cortical atrophy.
