The CCK-8 and EDU results indicated that silencing of RHPN1-AS1 inhibited the proliferation ability of Y79 and WERI-Rb1 (Figures 1(c) and 1(d)), while the flow cytometry results showed that silencing RHPN1-AS1 remarkably induced the apoptosis of RB cells (P < 0.001; Figure 1(f)).
