We know that the genes expressed by high-risk patients are enriched in multiple important pathways (NES > 1, P < 0.01, and FDR < 0.05), including pathways in cancer, regulation of the autophagy, the mTOR signaling pathway, the p53 signaling pathway, the Notch signaling pathway, and the Wnt signaling pathway (Figures 7A–F). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and cancer.
