TGM2 and acute promyelocytic leukemia: Csomós et al. reported that TGM2 played an important role in neutrophil granulocyte differentiation and gene expression and argued that reduced expression of TGM2 in the NB4 model of acute promyelocytic leukemia might suppress effector functions of neutrophil granulocytes and attenuate the ATRA-induced inflammatory phenotype of DS [10].
