We also found tumour suppressors affected by intronic mutations in multiple tissue types, such as ACVR2A, CSMD3, EPS15, MAP2K4, NF1, PBRM1 and RB1. In addition, we identified a number of potential tumour suppressors affected by intronic mutations in lymphoid tissues where deep intronic mis-splicing mutations were frequently observed. The gene discussed is NF1; the disease is neoplasm.
