c-Myc accumulation resulted from TAS4464 treatment in MCF7 (breast cancer) cells, similar to the finding in AML cell lines (Supplementary Fig. S5a), and c-Myc knockout (c-Myc KO) decreased TAS4464-mediated molecular responses, such as NOXA induction, Caspase cleavage and transcriptional suppression of CFLAR (Supplementary Fig. S5a, b).
