To determine which signaling pathway drives the upregulation of YTHDF2 in GBM, the most commonly aberrantly activated pathways that include AKT, FGFR, PDGFRα/β, WNT, TGFβR1, EGFR, SRC, and ERK1/2 were tested by using inhibitors MK-2206, AZD4547, CP673451, Wnt-C59, SB-431542, gefitinib, SU6656, and SCH772984, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and glioblastoma.
