The protein levels of immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining obtained from the HPA database showed that the expression of the protein in four risk genes (BRCA1, TRIM37, RNF25, and UBE2H) was significantly higher in pancreatic cancer tissues than in normal pancreatic tissues, three genes (RNF7, NPEPPS, and NCCRP1) do the opposite, which was consistent with that at the transcriptional level. Here, NPEPPS is linked to familial pancreatic carcinoma.
