We also found that CD126 expression was significantly higher on cancer cell lines (RPMI, KMS12PE, U266, ANBL6, OPMI, OPM2, MM1S, HML60, JJN3, U-251, DU145) (n = 11) compared to transformed normal cell lines (n = 4) (293T, THELE-3, MRC-5, ARPE-19) (Fig. 1c). The gene discussed is IL6R; the disease is cancer.
