UBD and myocardial infarction: Fat10 deletion was associated with a higher incidence of ventricular arrhythmia, as the cFat10−/− mice post MI had a significantly higher prevalence of premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) (3.69 ± 0.33 vs. 0.43 ± 0.03 PVCs/h, respectively, p = 0.004) and nonsustained or sustained ventricular tachycardia episodes (0.39 ± 0.1 vs. 0.28 ± 0.01 episodes/h, p = 0.04) (Fig. 1G, H and Supplementary Fig. S1H).
