The adverse impact of high expression of B3GALT5 found on RFS is consistent with Kaplan–Meier analysis using GSE1456 database, which reveals that breast cancer patients with higher B3GALT5 expression has shorter RFS than those with low B3GALT5 expression (P = 0.007) (Supplementary Fig. S3). The gene discussed is B3GALT5; the disease is breast carcinoma.
