JAK2 and Anxiety: A phase I clinical trial of a potentially novel JAK2 inhibitor AZD1480, which led to an approximately 50% reduction of pSTAT3 in 1 patient, revealed pleiotropic neurologic adverse events (AEs), including dizziness, anxiety, ataxia, memory loss, hallucinations, and behavior changes, which were generally reversible with dose reduction or treatment cessation (76).
