We also compared the relative expression levels of CRABP2 between subgroups in breast cancer tissues, and found that post-menopause was higher than per-menopause (P < 0.001) and peri-menopause (P = 0.01), N1 was higher than N0 (P = 0.02), luminal subtype was higher than triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) (P = 0.005) and HER-2 positive subtype (P < 0.001). This evidence concerns the gene CRABP2 and breast carcinoma.
