Germline TP53 mutation testing recommendation have been summarized in the Chompret Criteria updated as the following: 1) After familial presentation of a proband with a LFS spectrum tumor prior to age 46 years and at least one first- or second-degree relative with a LFS tumor before the age of 56 years or with multiple tumors, 2) In the case of multiple malignancies and 3) In rare tumors as ACC, choroid plexus carcinoma or embryonal anaplastic subtype rhabdomyosarcoma or 4) Breast cancer before age 31 years [22]. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and rhabdomyosarcoma.
