Of the 196 HBsAg negative patients, 119 (60.7%) were seronegative to anti-HBc and anti-HBs suggesting no previous HBV exposure, 58 (29.6%) were anti-HBc positive with or without anti-HBs suggesting resolved past infection and 19 (9.7%) had isolated anti-HBs suggesting previous vaccination.
