DTX3 and prostate adenocarcinoma: As shown in Figure 1, the results of box plots showed that the expressions of DTX3 were significantly lower in at least 8 different kinds of carcinomas than those in paired normal tissues, such as bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV) and prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD) (P<0.05).
