The results showed that CCNE2, CCNB1, CCNB2, BUB1B, TTK, CDC20 and PTTG1 were significantly highly expressed in BC patients (p<0.05, Figure 3A) and confirmed that the transcriptional expression of these seven CCRGs was significantly higher in the BC population (p<0.01, green frame, Figure 3B) than in the normal population. The gene discussed is CCNE2; the disease is breast cancer.
