SV2A and dementia: Consistent with our recent publication [18], one-way ANOVA with post hoc, false discovery rate (FDR)-corrected unpaired t-tests revealed significant reductions of SV2A binding in both aMCI and dementia participants (compared to CN) across the majority of neocortical regions, with the exception of the anterior cingulate and medial occipital cortices (Fig. 1a, c, Supplementary Table 1).
